It's a two-year, $8.7 million deal. The thing about Brett Tomko is he sucks. He's had one season in his life where he was even a little above average. Pitching in Dodger Stadium should help a little, but the fact is he's just not very good. He's 33 years old, but a two-year deal shouldn't bother LA much.
I guess that makes their rotation Lowe, Penny, Perez, Jackson and Tomko. They are going to be a strange, strange team.
