The Blue Jays have acquired Lyle Overbay in exchange for David Bush, Gabe Gross and a prospect. Overbay should be a decent fit for Toronto.

Jamie Moyer will be back in Seattle on a one-year deal.

Jarrod Washburn was not offered salary arbitration. I like Washburn, but I'm not sold on his continued success. He strikes out nobody. Then again look at Jamie Moyer. Or hell look at Kirk Rueter. Washburn might end up being a nice low-end pickup for someone.
