Ken Singleton said that he spoke with Brian Roberts the day before about his workout routine.
Roberts said that during the offseason this year, he worked out twice a day. 2 hours in the morning then 2 hours in the afternoon. 4 days a week until january.
then in january he worked out once a day for 3 hours, 4 days a week.
what a warriar! sure looks like he has added some power.
