As part of their ongoing series of guest spots, where fans of different teams drop in to talk about/defend/ridicule their GMs, I did a piece on Flanagan and Beattie at the Cubs site Goat Riders of the Apocalypse today. Check that out, it's a cool site run by some good, entertaining writers. I figured out in the writing of the piece that Flanagan and Beattie are sort of like writing about Al Gore's personality, but I had fun doing it, and again, if anyone has a site and would ever like my so-called insight for any reason, feel free to contact me.
