Hopefully Bedard can save us today, because a sweep in Tampa Bay is not my idea of a good time. Fossum has been pretty good this season after an awful 2004 with Arizona. His WHIP is a solid 1.32 and he's averaging 7.77 strikeouts per nine with a 2.4-to-1 K-to-BB ratio.

The Orioles just are not hitting, and that's killing us because it isn't as if Ponson didn't pitch pretty well yesterday (the bum). We need the bats to get going and bad, or we're going to fall out of this thing.
