The Players Association might file a grievance against Major League Baseball, which the union feels may be responsible for leaking the name of the drug Rafael Palmeiro tested positive for earlier this week, according to a published report Saturday.
It doesn't come down to what Palmeiro did here; it comes down to whether the union can make a stink about this, and I think they can. There's really nothing that can be done to prevent leaks like this, because if people want to know someone's going to tell them, but there's no doubt the players are very unhappy about it.
