In light of this recent development regarding Jeromy Burnitz, it is starting to make me a bit uncomfortable that the Jeff Conine signing has not been officially announced. I had read that his physical was being delayed by Christmas, but that was more than a week ago. I would like to know why he isn't in an Orioles jersey yet...

We certainly need somebody. If we don't sign Conine who plays LF who plays 1st? Newen and Young are all we have left. After the Burnitz fiasco I'm not sure the FO is capable of filling any holes. Looks like the wont move Tejada either. With Burnitz in Pittsburg Craig Wilson is available He might not be a bad pickup He's still young and his Numbers look good and he plays C, 1ST and LF.
