From Buster Olney's blog today.
-------------
"Miguel Tejada is still displeased about the way the last seven months played out, writes Jorge Arangure, from the B-12 shot scrutiny to the trade demand.
And if you think he's mad now, imagine what he's going to say if the Orioles get off to a poor start this year. This is not going to go away, unless Baltimore gets off to a good start and rides that wave all year, providing Tejada a reason to be emotionally involved and forget about all that other stuff.
But if Baltimore flops out of the gate, Tejada's frustration is going to surface; He'll wallow in the misery that is so evident in this story. And given that the Orioles didn't improve much in the offseason, while inhabiting the same division as the Red Sox, Yankees and Blue Jays, I'd be surprised if Tejada is still with Baltimore on the morning of Aug. 1."
----------------
Unfortunately, I think he's right. If the O's flop from the start, I think we will see Tejada jogging to first on pop ups and routine grounders. I'm not sure if the FO will trade him due to an uncaring attitude but IF this happens then screw Tejada. I can understand being pissed and frustrated. But at least act professional. I don't need to see this "wallow in misery" crap that Buster mentions.
