AL East Projections

If you're looking for one more look at what players may or may not do in 2006 (for fantasy purposes, or just to see who is where), be sure to check out my 2006 Projections for the AL East. (I have some very positive outlooks for several O's hitters) It was Part 2 of my Fantasy Perspectives. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

projections
I decided to sum the total runs scored based on your projections.  The O's project to score 652 runs next year not including the bench and other misc players.  If the O's bench, temporary call ups, and pitchers from the interleague games contributes 77 runs, then the O's offense will perform about the same as last year's team.  77 runs sounds a bit optimistic even when considering Gomez alone will score around 20 to 30 runs.  I think your AVE, OBP, SLG, and OPS projections sound fair but the total runs scored sounds a shade low.  The O's offense won't be great next year but I think they can be slightly more productive than last year's team.
