Javy to the RS for a prospect. Nothing big, a C+ prospect is fine. I'm assuming the RS will put on a claim on him. If the Jays are smart, they'll put a claim on Javy to block him. I imagine Jays are concerned that the O's will dump Javy's contract onto to them but there's no way this will happen. The O's FO is way too concerned about finishing ahead of the D-Rays.
