Brett Myers walks around thinking he's cool with that rockin' goatee and those eyebrows of his. He's very wrong.

I only went to three baseball games this year, and all of them were awesome

1: The Jeremy Guthrie vs. Gallaraga match where Melvin Mora hits a homerun off the top of the foul pole
2: Orioles Magic Night which ended when Luke Scott hit a walkoff onto Eutaw St.
3: Phillies hosting the Dodgers, and Pedro Feliz (who didn’t start) hits the game Tying HR in the 9th, and hits the walkoff HR in extra innings.

They were all incredibly fun games, but the Phillies game will always have a place in my heart because My buddies and I started booing Manny Ramirez every time he took an AB, and everyone in the park started booing him too, and he was horrible.

oh Tim you card

“Show me a hitter who won’t exchange a bat for a hit…and…I’ll show you a bad hitter!”

Ha!

Now they’re talking about catchers being attached to pitchers like Daryl Johnston to Emmitt Smith. I wish someone would spill a beer on these dorks.

what the hell is this shit already

Dobbs broken bat single
Ruiz double, Dobbs scores
Myers single, Ruiz scores
Rollins double, Myers to third

Myers almost busted his ass and the Dodgers are bad fielders.

haha Brett Myers is going bald

No wonder he overcompensates with that stupid goatee of his and those bushy eyebrows.

Oh, well... that's OK I guess

I don’t really dislike Torre, but something about him and Manny makes it this unholy Yankee-Red Sox Marriage in LA

You know it's a bad day for the Dodgers

When they can’t even get Ryan Howard out with a left-handed pitcher

The Phillies are so much better than they’ve gotten credit for. They’ve been perceived as simply a beneficiary of another Mets choke. They are quite good.

preaching to the choir

They went through some pretty decent pitching problems, that’s why everyone is underestimating them I think.

They were neck and neck with the Mets for most of the season.

This is ridiculous...

This is the fourth pitcher we’ve seen in the third inning.

Oh Jeez... that we should've seen coming

Man… Brett Myers has not looked good in this game.

WAIT Kershaw's Pitching??? Seriously???

I mean, does that mean Maddux is pitching game 4 of this thing instead of Kershaw?

Thank you Joe Torre!

well, I guess he could go with Lowe and try the

1-4-7 thing with him. It’s risky, but extremely high reward.

I watched most of the Dodgers-Phillies game in my car. If there is a better sports announcer than Vin Scully, I don’t know who it is.

Go Rays! If anything just to shut up the Red Sox fans who have infested the Trop.

routine fly to center

and chip says, “fly ball to center, catwalk doesn’t affect it.” They need to shut up about those. I mean, what percentage of fly balls actually goes near one of those things?

1st and 3rd with no outs and can't score?

I think that was the Rays chance….at least they can’t say they got no hit.
