Rule 5 - Sweet Lou

O's pick Lou Palmisamo from the Brewers and mlbtraderumors mentions they may try to trade him to HOU.  Trades to HOU worked out well for us last year.  Sweet Lou is a Catcher who graduated community college with a business degree, is single, and enjoys italian food (thanks milb.com)

Here is Lou's MiLB page.

Unfortunately, even with Lous interests listed this fanpost is not long enough.  But I'm about to go to lunch so hopefully this time it will be.

Dont get too attached

Apparently we may trade him to the Astro’s.

Also, somebody over at minor league ball said that Rocky Cherry was taken from us but I’ve got no evidence, so take it with a grain of salt.

Please Delete

I swear I didn’t see the other Rule 5 post up. Someone with the power can delete this and I won’t be offended. Thanks.

Peace!

See ya, Lou. Looks like the O’s got cash for him. Does that mean we’re about to go on a spending spree?

so overall bad news

today has given us an official end to to a possible Cherry-Pie era in Baltimore. those MASN guys were probably banking on it for endless comedy filler next season. i mostly speak of you, Buck Martinez.

Hey, welcome to CC, Craig!

I was one of the few that actually liked your commentary on TBS this past postseason. Keep up the good work, man.

Have to agree with Duck

it has to be Freel Bird. It fits the player and the Orioles. I aint even trying to spell L.S. Shoot I had just learned how to spell Teixeira-I was going to come out with EIEI-O’s. Should have known better.

i thought of freel bird

but free bird jokes are just so played. frampton is much cooler.

by birdman on Dec 12, 2008 12:28 PM EST up reply actions

or "freel as a bird"?

what’s worse? played ourt skynnrd or lennon-less beatles?

the later

but isn’t “free as a bird” a lennon vocal track? Freebird is a great song, just the “play me some skynyrd” jokes are played.

freebird

is sort of played, though. it’ll take a few high lifes and a couple whiskeys to get me to bust out the air-flying v.

yeah, free as a bird is a lennon vocal track, but STILL…macca, sir george and ringo recording songs around a demo’d vocal, do not a beatles song make.
