S.I. Vault article on Baltimore

This is a hard look at Baltimore and a nicer look at Cal back in 1996. The first few pages are a little tough to read since I don't really enjoy people making negative comments about Baltimore, especially when the city has really turned itself around quite nicely in the last 12 years. I thought you guys might be interested though.

Oh so depressing...

"That's when he wasn't busy building somewhere. (Hell, he was rebuilding the whole Inner Harbor, said it was going to save the city!) It was exciting just to be there.
