He is ripping apart Frederick. Some highlights so far...
In 12 games he is batting .405 with 4 homers and 11 RBI's. He is slugging .757 with a ridiculous OPS of 1.278.
No surprise that he is tearing up single A but Andy MacPhail says "Let's let him play a while, you can't help but be impressed by the early returns. If it's clear that he's not being challenged where he is, we have no problem moving him." Refreshing to hear that he isn't going to be rushed up through the farm system and to the big leagues. He also had a good offseason in Hawaii although that league is supposedly geared towards batters and is fairly small.
