On a more somber note

This is a cause that has been catching on recently on Roch's blog as well as orioleshangout.  As some of you may be aware, former O's VP Jim Duquette has a daughter who is suffering from something called Nephrotic Syndrome. The Duquettes are holding a fundraiser later in May and are looking for any help possible from the people of the metro D.C. area.  There is a site up taking donations to help Jim's daughter, Lindsey, and others suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome.  I know you all here and trust that no one will be disrespectful in any sense; if you do not wish to participate or support the effort then I ask that you do not comment.  I donated to this cause and hope this post may cause some of you to consider helping out.

The site to donate is here  http://www.active.com/donate/stepforwardmddc/PDuquet1

I saw this story on Roch's site a few days ago and thought I might follow in the steps of someone who posted this on O's hangout.
