Where should I watch the O's in NYC?
I'll be in NYC tomorrow night (Thursday) for business and I want to find a place to watch the game. I'm staying at the Empire Hotel - 44 West 63rd St. so I'd like to find something sort of close. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
And apparently this post isn't long enough so I'd also like to point out that Millar, Mora, Ramon, and Luis are a disgrace. I like our pitching staff though.

Watch the game
at a bar that has a lot of really cheap alcohol. You’ll need it.

Just cut yourself.
It’s quicker and cheaper.

I'm assuming
the joet isn’t a 9th grade girl, so that’s probably out.
Yeah, some still do that.

Good Luck
It will be tough to find a bar showing a KC-O’s game anywhere in NYC.
You’ll need to find a large bar with the extra innings package, your concierge may have a recommendation.
If all else fails, the ESPN Zone in Time Square may have it.

Yeah I'd only go to ESPN Zone as a last resort
The one in Times Square is a human zoo, and good luck finding a seat next to the TV you want.
It is usually packed but you might have luck on a Thursday night at Ship of Fools, I think it is on 82nd which isn’t far from where your staying either.
My best game plan is to sit on the bench and call out specific instructions like 'C'mon Boog,' 'Get ahold of one, Frank,' or 'Let's go, Brooks.' -Earl Weaver

Ship of fools?
That’s a great name for an Orioles fan bar!

There's an awesome bar on 32nd ish
that should have the game. Forgot the name, but I drank there last month. Will try to get it to you before tomorrow night.

whoops
Okay, I found the bar, Foley’s on W 33 b. 5th/6th. But I’d forgotten the place is more about memorabilia than game-watching. Don’t get me wrong, they ahve a bunch of TVs; but I can’t guarantee theyd have the game on.
It was surreal going in there after a few beers. The first thing that caught my eye as I walked in was a Steve Kline Orioles jersey. BIZARRE! They also had a baseball signed by our own Mr. Markakis.
