Orioles (40-37) @ Nationals (31-49), 6/27/08
No gameday thread yet, so we can talk here for now. Here's a few topics: Good Danny/ Bad Danny? How about Fahey (ugh)? How YOU doin'? Also, the yanks got creamed today by the mets in game one, so 1 more loss by them tonight and a win by us, and we're tied for 3rd. aint life grand?

This weather is a pain in my ass.
Also, not real stoked on Fahey being back, but I’ll be hoping for the best there.
albers out for season with torn labrum
I feel bad that I doubted him.. the guy really was injured.
Sucks.
Geez, what is Houston doing in their farm system?
Patton and Albers both? And these are supposed to be career-threatening injuries… not cool.
where you live again?
it might be warm before it gets there from jersey

I like Fayhey
Seems like a good dude. Tries hard. Its not his fault he sucks.

Thank god, through 2 innings with just 2 runs
If Danny can get through 4 without this going to a blowout I’ll be amazed.
If Fahey is going to pretend to be a major leaguer you'd think he would try to
lift weights and drink some protein shakes so he’d look like less of a 12 year old jackass out there.
Maybe he needs to spend more time with Larry Bigbie

Hi all
Looks like bad Danny again.
Can someone PLEASE tell me why the hell Aubrey Huff isn’t playing tonight? That is some bullshit. I guess because the starter is a lefty? Aubrey hits everything these days.

because manages like a little league manager
Millar, Huff, and Mora are rotating so each player will have equal playing time.
Wolf, wolf, wolf.
Well, there's no DH
And at some point there is going to be a double switch with Mora getting pulled, and they would rather have Huff play at the end of the game than the beginning.
Thats my guess…

Also, with bad Danny on the mound
Its better to have Mora’s glove at 3B than Huff.

The question is: In any Daniel AB, has he yet recorded a foul ball or a non-strike?

his strike zone is huge vertically.
so if the pitch is in the area of the plate, it’s going to be a stirke
At least we'll get into their godawful bullpen pretty early with his pitch limit.
Even though he sucks so we should score some runs.
