This weather is a pain in my ass.

Also, not real stoked on Fahey being back, but I’ll be hoping for the best there.

Geez, what is Houston doing in their farm system?

Patton and Albers both? And these are supposed to be career-threatening injuries… not cool.

Fuck it

Let’s try Tike Redman and Luis Terrero while we’re at it. Then maybe we’ll give up on the AAA bullshit and go get a replacement-level shortstop. I thought Cintron might do that but I was wrong.

If Fahey is going to pretend to be a major leaguer you'd think he would try to

lift weights and drink some protein shakes so he’d look like less of a 12 year old jackass out there.

I like you're thinking.

Also Roberts and Nicky hit the ball hard first time – usually a good sign.

by O'sFan21 on Jun 27, 2008 8:33 PM EDT to parent up   0 recs

Hi all

Looks like bad Danny again.

Can someone PLEASE tell me why the hell Aubrey Huff isn’t playing tonight? That is some bullshit. I guess because the starter is a lefty? Aubrey hits everything these days.

because manages like a little league manager

Millar, Huff, and Mora are rotating so each player will have equal playing time.

Wolf, wolf, wolf.

by birdman on Jun 27, 2008 8:35 PM EDT to parent up   0 recs

Well, there's no DH

And at some point there is going to be a double switch with Mora getting pulled, and they would rather have Huff play at the end of the game than the beginning.

Thats my guess…

by spike2131 on Jun 27, 2008 8:35 PM EDT to parent up   0 recs

Also, with bad Danny on the mound

Its better to have Mora’s glove at 3B than Huff.

The question is: In any Daniel AB, has he yet recorded a foul ball or a non-strike?
