Luke Scott

I say Luke’s gonna keep killing the baseball. When he starts hitting like this…he stays that way for a while…especially in the second half of the season.

Just noticed this

Kevin Millar is batting 8th? Not that I think he’s much of a hitter this year but just a few days ago he was in the cleanup spot. That’s funny.

Whoa, Bierd throws something that sure looks like an, er, "illegal pitch."

The new strategy for Liz

is, apparently, to have him walk everyone he can’t get out and then pitch to whoever is left. It seemed to work tonight.
And I want the rest of the team eating whatever Mel Mora has been eating since the All Star break. Jesus. Did someone piss him off? Must be the 11 stranded in the game just before the break.

So, how bad did Liz actually look?

Diamond Dave seemed somewhat pleased with the effort in his post game presser, the first thing I saw when I got home. Gotta love 4 hours swim meets…
