Chris (H2O) Waters (LHP)

W-L 1-0     ERA 0.00
K 3             Walks 3
WHIP 0.50

I'm on my way to my in-laws before we fly to Disney tomorrow, so make sure you bug SC to get GameDay threads up while I'm gone. The new, Kevin Millar-approved nickname for Chris Waters is apparently H2O, so I guess we'll go with that for now. Hopefully, he looks great again today, and the way Texas has looked at the plate the last two nights and with a day game, conditions should favor Waters. Go get 'em, O's! SWEEP! SWEEP! SWEEP!

Now, I gotta go see about a mouse in Florida with the wife and kids. See y'all in 7 days.

I was

In NY yesterday and happened to get DirecTV with the MLB Extra Innings package. It’s kind of funny, listening to all of the FSN guys since most of them sound the exact same…of course, only Jim Palmer talked the entire…freaking…game.

The Orioles

Won on Sunday the time they hit before the game.

Did they do that today and why did it take them like 15 straight Sunday losses before they tried hitting?

I'm blaming all of this on Cintron not catching that pop-up.

i agree..

that first play is i’m prefectly fine with Castro at short. even if he doesn’t hit (i know he’s hurt)
went from popup should be an out, to a ‘single’, then ‘h2o’ lost focus, threw 5 straight balls including a wild pitch, then came back and piped a belt-high fastball to Josh Hamilton..heh. and its snowballed from there..
