Cubs and Rays clinch

Hey, the Orioles lost again...

Congratulations to the Chicago Cubs, 2008 NL Central Division Champions, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays, a team that clinched their first ever playoff appearance in franchise history. The Rays currently hold a 2.5 game lead over Boston.

Corngranulations Rayz 'n' Cubs, two teams I have a soft spot for in my head. Er, heart.

Greetings from Mockba, which has clearly gone berserk in my absence. Or maybe it’s just the new construction site immediately outside my kitchen window. &$%#! That WAS the neighborhood hockey rink, arseholes. Sign of the times or what. The next thing will be natural gas getting discovered on the other side of the building.

Anyway, the Holy Grail of 70 wins seens, well, holier and holier. Or grailier and grailier. Anyway, I can’t wacth til my laptop gets fixed, but in the meantime

Go O’s!

p.s. Crushing win by the Snodfart Robber Barons over Stealthy San Jose, haw-haw! Four more wins and the Barons are…wait for it…Bowl Eligible. You read that right.

I'm gonna go see the doubleheader on Tuesday

I’ve never seen the Rays play, except when they were the Devil Rays back in 2005. They are definitely the coolest thing to happen to baseball this summer and they are definitely Amazing.

that would be pretty great

Either way, I’m not gonna watch. Baseball season is over for me until the playoffs.

It’s football time, baby.
