I'll just go ahead...
….and puke now to get it out of the way.
I imagine they’re going to perform that crap-ass New York song of theirs that’s on the radio these days. What a wonderful marketing opportunity!

as a big time Billy Joel fan
I am offended by that P.O.S. song with the name clearly stolen from the much superior tune of a similar name.

Is that who does it?
I’ve heard that song a few times by accident (I can’t stand FM radio), and wondered who made that NY love fest of a song…..

When you say..
…you can’t stand FM, does that mean you prefer Satellite or AM?

That means...
I listen to my Mp3 player. I don’t like Satellite either – it’s just 200 more channels of mostly crappy music to choose from. I do occasionally listen to sports talk on AM, though. I just haven’t found FM stations that play bands that I like to listen to except for the occasional college station….

If you're in New York
I imagine that doesn’t help. I always hated the radio there. Bmore and DC have some decent stations though and a few really good ones.

And
I’m north of the city, right up near the Shawangunks in the country, so I can mostly only get country and pop stations. Oh, and the ever delightful and enlightening Yankees Radio Network. Beautiful hiking, though.

Ahhh....
…so if I’m heading up from Jersey to the Tapanzee on 287, are those mountains The Gunks?

I think that’s the Ramapo mountains….the Gunks and Ramapo are all part of the Appalachians, though.

He's got a show scheduled in Columbus OH tonight

So, apparently, the rain was a convenient excuse to not have to shell out for refunds.
