ave always wanted to order a pair of Orioles stirrups from Twin City Knittings but was always hindered by their dozen-to-order requirement. These are nice stirrups, authentic. They come from the last American manufacturer left. If the Orioles were going to wear these beauties in a throwback game, they would wear the same things.

I went to a TCK distibutor today and he said that he got the TKC hookup for me, but it won't be cheap. It's going to cost me $14.50 for each pair. Since I have no need for 11 extra pairs, here's your opportunity to buy some. I won't have a final price until everything is paid for, but I am not trying to make a profit, mostly trying to get a pair for practically free and of course getting my money back on each pair. Before taxes, this will cost $184. I was going to sell them for somewhere between $15-18.

It's a good deal and one that you just won't find anywhere else! I'm in no pressure to sell and you are under no pressure to buy. I'm just going to have extra stirrups on hand, you have the opportunity to take them off my hand. I think they're pretty cool, and again, it'll be hard for you to find if you ever decide that you REALLY need them, in the future. So you might as well just get them while they are available. You can dress as Eddie Murray for halloween (although I am NOT ordering the stirrups' cut that high).

What to do with stirrups when you get them? I cannot dictate how you choose to wear them other than point out that the larger opening is in the back. Wear them to games. Wear them under your work pants. Wear them to your wedding, again UNDER your pants, in that situation.Pick up softball games would also be a good time to wear them. Buy a pair for your beer pong partner! With stirrups, it is all good.

I was thinking of getting the 5 inch cuts, but if interest is high and said interest clamors for 7 inches, I'll order those. I'm planning on ordering them in late Jan or Feb, and they take about 4-6 weeks to be knitted and sent to Maryland. So you have plenty of time to save your change and collect on this fantastic offer!
