Bill Rowell moves to the OF
I realize he's only 20, but I take this to mean he's pretty much a bust.

Wasted pick
He hit .189 against left handed pitching last year. He can’t field. The O’s are moving him to a position currently occupied by Markakis. If Rowell does not turn around this year, he is toast.

well this is just facing reality
Lets worry about his bat for now. Lets hope a guy like Sandoval for SF shows you how quick you go from nowhere to somewhere esp at his age and talent. In one season he could go from A to Sept callup and Billy is younger then Sandoval.
Still its disappointing but lets hope he just gets to the party a little late…
