PrintLooks like Oriole fans won't be able to greet Arod on opening day. According to his brother, he's going under the scapel and rehab should take about 10 weeks.

The way I figure it, that's mid-May, although I tend to doubt that his brother has a medical degree. I know we aren't supposed to take joy in a player getting injured, but I'm not exactly going to shed tears over this either.

I plan on a two week regiment of herbal tea leading up to Opening Day and then a solid 10 hours of Natty Boh consumption that morning/afternoon to make sure my vocal chords are just right.

According to Ca$hman the surgery involved would indeed take 4 months to recovery from, so as of now they’re going with rehab & hoping that gets him through the season.
You can't fix stupid. Stupid is forever.

Wait until Opening Day to figure out he can’t play through it, then lose the 4 months.
