A sight we should be seeing all year: Balttimore. I know it's nice just to have Baltimore back on the jerseys. But it's gonna have to be fixed. The A should not be any bigger than the E.
Should happen within three years. I guess right now, we'll just enjoy these.

Why does it need to be fixed?
It looks to me like it goes the letters get progressively smaller intentionally. If that’s the goal I see no issue with it.

Because it could look even better

I agree that looks better, but
IMO, if you look at the home and alternate jerseys, it looks like the R is slightly bigger than the S. I am fine with the consistency. Obviously, there is a larger difference in the away jerseys simply because “Baltimore” is a longer word than “Orioles”.

apologies to uniwatch
but even said, they DO look weird when you see them together (which means never)

Balttimore
The city that reads, you say?
Though, as a man with two T’s in his name, I am all for this spelling.

Team Uniforms
Sure, that’s the actual explanation. But why let a reasonable conclusion ruin the fun that can be had with this picture?

SOME other teams have this problem
Like Colorado, for one.
OTHER teams don’t split letters.

This is my Chuck McElroy jersey worn in St. Pete for a Turn Back the Clock game against the Rays.

What I’d like to see added.is the black piping down the front. I think that gives the jersey some “pop”.
I’d also like to see “Orioles” taken off the sleeve. I don’t like jerseys with something on both sleeves. I think it clutters it up.

Yeah, that's just extra fluff
it’ll probably disappear in a year. Really, they just wanted to bleed this “return of Baltimore” so hard that they just did it to put Baltimore somewhere on the homes.
