Poll: Rookie "O" the Year
We're gonna see quite a few rooks before the year is out. People are talking about guys like Wieters and even Koji! being ROY, but who will be OUR rookie of the year? Even if one of our guys doesn't win the AL award, I think it'd be interesting to guess who will be the best one for us this year. I know that some of these guys may not be up long, or even at all, but they all have a shot at playing this year and making a case for themselves. So lets have the candidates...

My brain says Koji!
…but my heart says WIETERS.
So I’m going with WIETERS, even though Koji! has been our best starter by far this season.

and this is unfair...
b/c it’s crazy to me how many people in the know STILL think wieters can get it if he’s not called up until after memorial day.
ha! oriole! my brain says wieters, but heart says KOJI! KOJI! KOJI!
seriously, though…who knows w/ reimold? i think bergesen is what he is and it’s very possible that hernandez and tillman could come up in the second half.

Koji!!!
You guys know that if he had more run support and help from the bullpen his record would be better so far.

I couldn't care less
Being an O’s fan this long, i’ve learned to not give 2 shits about record. Hell, I don’t even give 1 shit. Record is pointless. Pitchers who “know how to win” just know how to be on teams that give them run support and good defense. Koji is awesome and all, but if he was 0-6 right now i’d feel pretty much the same way.
