Norfolk 1st place, best record in International League
After David Hernandez's dominant performance last night, the Tides now hold the best record in the International League! At 27-13, we hold a slight percentage point advantage over the MFY AAA ballclub, Scranton-Wilkes Barre. They have won 9 out of their last 10, including a nice little 8 game win streak. Let's hope these guys can start pushing the big league club, and competing with them (as we have now seen with Bergesen and Reimold, although Bergesen hasn't been impressive by any means). More callups are imminent, one in which a specific catcher has been compared with the likes of Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Gandhi, Chris Hoiles, Ramon Hernandez (joke) and even Jesus Christ.
Keep it up, cavalry!!!
