looks like a lot of CC'ers are taking the night off lol,
i don’t blame them. I took most of the west coast road trip off
I'm not sure why I'm here
But Jones has made me glad I am early on.

I think 3DG is being joined by 3DJ tonight

did anyone notice that 3DG only said "Goodbye!"
after the Doctor’s homer? And not “goodbye homerun!”
And we've got the bases full for Wieters
Let’s blow this shit open, for real.

I will definitely take Doctor's 2 run bomb,
but we need to hit when given the opportunity for a run explosion
Three times
Wieters, Salazar and Jones left them full with strike outs.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
We're due for one some day :P

Guess it's a new test.
Now we are over the hit-in-the-big-league hill, it’s time to get the RBI thing over with matt
Well
We had 12 hits last night. What we need to overcome is the tension created when we have a man standing on 2nd or 3rd base and it is 2 out. This test is for the entire team
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Infielders should be called off by the outfielders on those plays.
Roberts had no chance and Nick may have had the best chance if he ran full speed. Sigh.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
I hate to say this but Rich Hill has no control on any of his pitches.
He has me on pins and needles watching him pitch.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
I don't think a check swing call has gone our way all season

Ugh
Can’t walk two in an inning or bleeders like that turn into runs.

The bright spot is the Jones and Markakes arms in the outfield
and Wieters defense behind the plate. The future is bright.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
our pitchers
is it possible to just send the to bowie and bring some of the real talent up…so much disappointment in one bullpen

So
How many times has Gary said kamikaze tonight so far… Just wondering.
Jioe Flaacco, Hon!!! "He’s like a live JUGS machine."
You know
Instead of kawakami… Or just in reference to the drink?
Jioe Flaacco, Hon!!! "He’s like a live JUGS machine."
Look like the Bass at the end of last year
When I thought he could be a nice starter…
Looks like our hitters have given up again and the Braves pitcher is Cy Young
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Here we go again... RISP with two outs

Attendance looks great!
Not sure if the crab mallets helped, and I highly doubt everyone went to see the Braves, but god is good to see that many people there! It looks like high 30, low 40 there. Lets go O’s!
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
No one wants to touch it anymore... No one is picking up two out rbi...
I would expect Reimold to be more patient than that. The double he hit is a good example.
Why do I even watch
with 2 outs and a runner in scoring position? We’re not getting a hit! Thanks Nolan be patient.
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
We missed you, Eric O'Flaherty

How do we know it was Melvin's decision?
Base coaches don’t just stand out there for no reason, you know
by NickMarkaces on Jun 13, 2009 9:27 PM EDT up reply actions
True and if it was
Once again Samuel needs to understand the situation. Ball hit to right? Francouer throwing? Mora slow? No body out? You tell me.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Come on.... first second no body out...
God knows we need every baserunner…
If Wieters does not get a hit or sac fly
He will have left 7 runners on base tonight.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.

Keep in mind everyone. The runs are being scored with no outs or 1 out
I still want to see what we do with 2 outs

But Timmy L. Remember this

Unfortunately our baserunning stupidity will be forgotten
Since we’ve scored this inning
And, once again, nothing will be done about it
BIRDLAND IS BACK

We beat Atlanta, 22-1. Just sayin’.

At the end of the inning I wish the fans would give them a standing ovation
They deserve it tonight. Win or lose!
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BRIAN!!!!!!!!!!!! DOUBLE BABY!!
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
BTW
First three runs off of our old Birdland favorite, Eric O’Flaherty. Good to have you back.
"The United States is the New York Yankees of countries...powerful and respected until the year 2000." - Homer J. Simpson
Correction
birdland favorite. It was determined that opposing players could be birdland but not Birdland.
Jioe Flaacco, Hon!!! "He’s like a live JUGS machine."
Dr. Jones needs some cage time to learn where the strike zone is at
But tonight he has 3 rbi’s and I love this guy!!!
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Yeah, he's enough of an athlete to recover for the SF there
But he’s been too eager to swing this homestand.
"The United States is the New York Yankees of countries...powerful and respected until the year 2000." - Homer J. Simpson
I would like to thank the opposing pitcher too
for the wild pitch and the error and every ball he throws. We need some breaks to get our hitters comfortable
Are you watching on game's day
seems to be a bit sluggish :)
or possibly mlb.tv
I have the hd feed going, it’s between a minute or 2 minutes’ delay. I scroll up on these game threads sometime so i don’t see what other CC’ers type 90 seconds ahead of time haha
OMFG
Take an effing pitch, Nick
The relief pitcher just got in and he swings at the first pitch
Yes it would!
A great inning. We always lose sundays and the last game of the series no matter what day. win tonite baby!
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
I think its Jim Hunter
he always calls sunday games because Gary’s off doing the sunday night game. It makes sense that a bad announcer would bring bad luck.
Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words—"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.
-Jack Handey
Mora has only 4 errors this season and could be in line for a gold glove if
he played in NY, Chi, Bos, or LA
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Or if he hit .330 with 40 HR
"The United States is the New York Yankees of countries...powerful and respected until the year 2000." - Homer J. Simpson
I just looked at the number of errors he has.
But he has made some awesome plays at 3rd. I just think the GG is a popularity contest more than a show of skill and ability.
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
mlb.tv delay sucks
still waiting to see that play.
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
Geez
Baez nearly killed himself on that non-pitch
"The United States is the New York Yankees of countries...powerful and respected until the year 2000." - Homer J. Simpson
95mph on the fastball...
nice to see his velocity is up.
Andino has tried couple of difficult plays now
without luck. Either one should be good web gem candidates
Baez, Bass and Johnson are untouchable in our pen in my opinion
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Yes.
At this point and next season. Especially if we bring up Arrietta, Patton, Tillman, and Matuz later. The back end will be important going forward
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
Balk Ugh!
I agree with jim, could’ve hurt himself, bad balk. oh well, got one out..
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
Yeah, it sucks
The funny thing is that if you watch a HD broadcast on TV its ahead of standard def, TV but on mlb if you watch high quality, its delayed up to a minute.. I’ll probably get rid of it next month, I usually listen/or do gameday while watching the phils, but I wanted to SEE Wieters debut so I bought the monthly plan

Why did Andino throw that?
That could’ve been very bad the way he threw it.
Wieters is HERE and The Phils are in First, doesn't get much better:)
Lowe vs. Bergenson
Sunday is going to be a tough one. We will need some runs to win
Brandon Snyder, 1B. Remember that name.
That's the theme
try to get the chosen one over the hump
Pie in center.
I hope Adam isn’t feeling any effects of that foul ball shot off his leg. :/ That would be very bad.
Yes it would
Hes our best player, we don’t need him hurt!

Only saw the 8th and 9th
Was at the Suns-Shorebirds doubleheader in Hagerstown, Shorebirds won game one 9-6, left after a couple innings of game two with score tied 0-0, since I had my 3 year old nephew with me.

If you are still on can you tell me about a 6'7" 1B that can still bases and hit HRs for the Shorebirds?

Well he didn't play the first game
and is 0-2 2Ks in the second
