Orioles manager Dave Trembley said that he told hitting coach Terry Crowley before the inning that he thought the team would score five runs in the seventh.

I did see Trembley
Walking around the dugout, giving hand-whoops and so on at the very beginning. And I think I saw him talking to a coach. It got put on the scoreboard.
