Yes
And I think a lot of people thought he might as well tender him a contract to eat innings. But the O’s have such good depth on the young pitching side of things, it made no sense. Now Bergesen has emerged as a guy who looks like he can be a solid groundballer for years. Berken has pitched well lately (4.02 FIP!). Uehara’s been fun. Rich Hill might not amount to much but he’s the kind of chance to be taken (not Adam Eaton). Hernandez was decent in a couple appearances and I think is spotting Koji again. And then there’s the really GOOD prospects.

that last night was union night and there were 21,000 union members there for that. But that doesn’t explain tonight. It’s much better this way than the record lows we’ve been seeing. Last night was really fun.
