Unfortunately the Orioles respectfully decline invitation to the Mid-season classic
In light of their performances this afternoon former frontrunners (albeit stretches to begin with) George Sherrill and Jim Johnson have declared themselves unfit for the honor. The new decidely un-allstariffic pecking order shakes out as follows:
Bradley Bergesen
blah blah rest of them. I don't know maybe we can just send the Bird. or the flip the Bird.

Well Yeah.. and posting angry only ever leads to regrets but
We were three outs away from taking the most important series of the year thus far.
Four runs up and our two ‘all stars’ available to navigate the team through those three final outs. I don’t think I am over reacting. I don’t want them to be all stars.
Correction: We were one out away from taking the series
Sherrill struck out the first two batters he faced (Bay and Ortiz), we still had a two run lead even after he walked the bases full with two outs…
