Nolan Reimold goes to DL: Achilles' surgery ends season
Orioles outfielder Nolan Reimold's solid rookie season has come to an end. He will placed on the 15-day disabled list and have surgery Wednesday to repair the Achilles tendon in his left foot, which will keep him sidelined for three to four months but shouldn't affect his status for next season.

Bummer.
But he did look like he was struggling with the whole “running” thing last night.

This probably ends his dark horse ROY candidacy.

Thanks for a good year Reimold
Hope you’re bigger and badder next year.

That sucks.
Wonder if he’ll get any ROY votes at all now…

Should have seen that coming. Hope he gets a bionic tendon.

I can live with the disappointment of him not getting any ROY
I just want him to play at this level next year and beyond. Very good stats..
