FanFest 2010
Hi all. FanFest was so much fun today. I was there from 10-6 so I'm pretty beat. I'll write up a full post on all of the FanFesty goodness tomorrow, but in the meantime check out the photos I took, posted on Camden Chat's Facebook page.
It was great seeing Brotz13 again as well as Daniel from Camden Crazies, Anthony and James from Oriole Post, Chris from Baltimore Sports and Life, and Neal from The Loss Column. I also met for the first time daveh873, his lovely girlfriend Jen, jobe, BaltimoreSportsFan (and his dad), and Jeremy (whose user name I didn't get). Sorry to miss the rest of you who were there!

Is anyone else annoyed...
that nobody asked MacPhail about Hendrickson and Bédard during the Q&A session? I mean, that one guy even asked about Thome and Garciaparra…
That picture is so awesome!
I love Nick’s outfit, even more so because Adam is sitting next to him wearing a suit.

That picture is absolutely hysterical. WTF Nicky? Are you going to drop baseball to become a rapper?

Anyone pick up on that lady calling Atkins "Mike"? I felt HORRIBLE.
Oh and what was with the guy in the front row trying to sell food stamps? I was in the front row on the other side and was sitting there laughing like hell hearing him talk.

I still can't believe I impressed Andy McPhail.

Got lucky enough
to catch B-Rob and Palmer early on. Matusz and Tillman were my other good pickups. The event was semi-crazy in regards to trying to get in line for autos. You were almost better off just guessing and taking your spot in a line before the players were even posted.
Lotta fun though. 6 bucks for beer, so no thanks there. I would like to see a few changes for next year, but not a change of venue. The Convention Center was adequate.
looking forward to seeing that one again this season.
