ESPN and Buster Olney are reporting that the trade between the O's and Diamondbacks for 3B Mark Reynolds has been completed, pending physicals. The O's will give up David Hernandez and Kam Mickolio to Arizona.

I think it's a good deal considering what we're giving up. Hernandez's numbers were okay and Mockolio hasn't proven anything yet, so I think the trade is solid since we're getting a starting, power-hitting third basemen and filling one of the major corner infield holes.
