I was covering the Baltimore Mariners football game for BSR and ran into Nestor Aparicio at the arena. We talked about the game, but he also gave me his insights on the Orioles. Check out his comments around the 2:00 mark.

Looks like douche-vs-douche in that video. Blech.
There is a LOT more to that whole story...
Nester isn’t liked at all by a lot of people in radio across the country. His antics at the Superbowl are a bit notorious with a lot of different stations and personalities that cover the event. He has started shit over the years with a lot of other people besides the Ticket guys. Props to him for buying and running his own station…but there is a glaring reason why he had to buy a station to stay on the air.
He is a small fish…in a tiny pond.

I'm sorry
But Nestor just reeks of condescension. The crowd does seem pretty robust, though, for indoor football in Baltimore.

Is he wearing a Golden tate Notre Dame jersey/
or are the mariners colors blue and gold?
In one game as a freshman at Miami, Wieters hit a two-run homer in the top of the ninth to put the Yellow Jackets ahead, then pitched the bottom of the ninth for the save. On that day, the God nickname was bestowed. - Sports Illustrated
