GameThread: Orioles @ Phillies, 1:05 p.m.
If you're one of the privileged few to have MLBN, or you happen to live in Philadelphia, you can watch today's game on television. You'll get to see Kevin Millwood, Will Ohman, Jim Johnson, and Mike Gonzalez do their respective things. Maybe you'll even get to see an Oriole get a hit. You never know!
Edit (zk): MLBN is on Comcast channel 738 in Baltimore and DirecTV channel 213 nationwide. The game is also being broadcast in Philadelphia on CSN Philly, on the radio at 1210AM, and on he web via MLB.tv and GameDay Audio.

Yay, I can watch this after all.
I keep forgetting that MLB.TV blackouts don’t apply to Spring Training games.
Weaver's Fourth Law: Your most precious possessions on offense are your twenty-seven outs.
I played this game on MLB2K10 this morning
The Orioles won 1-0 on an Adam Jones HR. Jamie Moyer pitched a complete game for the Phillies.
What a gamer.

Is this game gonna happen any time soon?
I don’t think I can watch the Yankees 30 in 30, my wife doesn’t like it when I vomit all over the living room

Hi all
I see we have more interesting lineup experimentation going on here today, Hon.
WTF?!?!!? Why isn't MLBN showing the game?
by wishEYEhadCRABS on Mar 21, 2010 3:38 PM EDT reply actions
On DirecTV it's not blacked out but they just keep showing rain-delay programming
although the rain-delay graphic isn’t on the screen anymore, and to add insult to injury, they are showing an hour yankee arse kissing

To top it off...
I got the time wrong for my kids’ swim banquet. We’ve never actually made it in years past, and I was supposed to bring the PA system. I figured out I had the time wrong about 10 minutes after it was slated to end today. :(
AND I had Kansas winning the whole thing. And I even picked UNI in the 1st round.

i guess they couldn't even page you then. what with no PA.
also i thought my UVM cats might make history v. syracuse. not so much

As my hopes for Maryland increase, Greivis Vasquez's FG% decreases
That’s been the pattern.

oh you idiots
take an incredibly long three pointer with 20 secs left on the shot clock and then a flagrant. thats the fucking stupid basketball that prevents you from winning games.
by twistedlogic on Mar 21, 2010 4:27 PM EDT up reply actions
Ohhhh, what a dagger
That was a hell of a comeback, but we got burned by the 3 pointer at the end the same as we got burned all day. What a game.

also
Ohman is still perfect for this spring. I think by now this guy has to have pitched his way onto the team?
"I doubt he could reach [second base]...mostly cuz his fucking arm was in Aybar's nuts." – twistedlogic
I can't see how he doesn't at this point.
I guess if he’s absolutely horrid here on out, maybe not. But barring that, if Dave wants a lefty specialist, he has to be in by now. And he’s probably in even if not as a LOOGY.

Not really sure
also nobody would ever say I got a BA in Arts and Sciences unless they didn’t understand what they were looking at.
That's like this guy I know
Went to college so long and got so many credits, none of which fit the criteria for any other major, that they finally just gave him a B.A. in Liberal Arts.
This just in: adorableness on the rise, family copes with child getting schooled. Film at 11. -daveh873
liberal arts is a little more focused than "arts and sciences"
that could be millions of different things. technically, my degree is a “science” but i’d never tell an employer i’m getting a degree in arts and sciences.
by twistedlogic on Mar 22, 2010 4:54 PM EDT up reply actions
yea but at least that degree says liberal arts
arts and sciences is quite vague

Is it an art or a science? DECIDE!

AVG: 417
OBP: .462
OPS: 1.295
It’s only 12 AB, but if he keeps this up, Trembley’s gonna have some splainin’ to do.

it's 4-1 Orioles.

was 1-1 until last half inning.
Pie Walk, advanced on 3rd on jeff salazar signal.
Lou Montanez single to right made it 2-1, runners 1st & 2nd
Bell 5-4-3’d, 2 outs runner at third.
Wieters knocked in the runner at third.
Not sure how the third run scored.

i think snyder got a hit for the third run. box score is behind.

Last 3 outs of the game - we all were watching it here..
Weren’t we sure it was Kam Mickolio? Press has it listed as Perrault. Roch said he had it checked out with the team officials… jersey switching?
I’d much rather that performance not have been mickolio…
