I know there have been a handful of fantasy baseball leagues created here at Camden Chat but we've been given a great opportunity to start one more. CBSSports.com and SB Nation have partnered together and they are providing a premium Commissioner League to each of the baseball blogs. I've never played any kind of version of fantasy baseball that you (normally) have to pay for so I'm a little excited to see what exactly makes it better.
Unfortunately there are only 12 spots in the league so not everyone will be able to play. If you like playing fantasy baseball and you like getting things for free that other people have to pay for, send me an email expressing your interest. The email should contain the subject line, "Camden Chat Fantasy Baseball" and include somewhere in the body of the email your user name so I know who you are. Once the league has been determined I'll send the participants an email with instructions on how to sign up. I'm looking forward to having my butt kicked by a number of you, because I always lose. Always.
While it's possible that not everyone who wants to play will be able to be in the Camden Chat league, the good news is that in addition to the blog league, anyone who signs up for a CBSSports.com fantasy league through Camden Chat will get to play at 50% off. The league is normally $180 but if you sign up by following this link you can create a league for just $90. For a 12 team league that breaks down to just $7.50 per person. So if you can't join the CC league or you want to create a league with your buddies, here is a chance to do it at a considerable discount.
