Earlier this season, John Sickels of Minor League Ball did a series of posts where he asked his readers what they would do if they were suddenly the GM of certain struggling teams.  I thought it might be interesting to ask the same question of everyone here.  For those interested, you can see the responses to Sickels' question for the Orioles here.

So here goes: you wake up tomorrow morning and Peter Angelos has fired Andy MacPhail and hired YOU as the Orioles General Manager.  What do you do?  And let's assume that catapulting Garrett Atkins into the Bay is something all of us intend to do.
