ORIOLES OPTION RHP CLA MEREDITH TO TRIPLE-A NORFOLK
The Orioles have announced that RHP CLA MEREDITH has been optioned to Triple-A Norfolk. Meredith was 0-2 with a 5.40 ERA (15.0IP, 9ER) in 21 games for the Orioles this season.
A corresponding move will be announced tomorrow.

Who do we bring up?
Am I right in thinking that it has to be someone on the 40-man roster? And probably a bullpen arm . . . but who? Pedro Viola as yet another spot lefty? Kam, who’s been unusually bilgy this season? It would be interesting if it was actually Arietta, but that seems unlikely. Or will they actually go with a 6-man pen?

Cla is obviously mad but some of the Zrebiac quotes are pretty telling. He seems pissed at the way he has been used.
