Will PA ever learn that fans love their franchise players?
How can he keep disrespecting Cal, Brooks, whoever?
War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Vlad is good.
well...
let’s not forget that pa basically fired a gm for disrespecting cal. he’s certainly given a lot of leeway to the mainstays of the last decade like roberts, markakis and mora and palmer cashes paychecks from the org to be palmer, so i wouldn’t say that pa has an across the board antipathy towards franchise players. the sitch w/ brooks is curious, though.

I went to
The statue ceremony yesterday and it was an event that I’ll always remember. I never saw brooks break down and cry the way he did. You could see though how his health has declined greatly from even just two years ago. It was very sad. Few ex Orioles, Colts, and Bullets players made the trip to see the ceremony and to support brooksy which was classy. Although, I was still disappointed by the lack of ex Os who showed up.

The Brooks article really got to me.
I may just be slow but can some explain to me what issues PA has with Brooks?

Ditto
I can’t recall why Angelos has a problem with Brooks. Does anyone remember?
Don't know,
But my guess would be having something to do with criticism of ownership? The record sorta speaks for itself, so I’ve prolly made PGA’s enemies list.
If you look at those UZR ratings or whatever
PA is definitely a Nada. He is no Estrada.

Albert Pujols
Unbelievable night last night. I wonder how much money the Cardinals get for winning the world series? I assume a chunk of that money will be used to resign Pujols.
