PrintFor those of you who watched Ron Washington last night leave Mike Gonzalez in to face Albert Pujols, you might be wondering if that man has any business managing any major league baseball team, much less one in the World Series. Maybe only the Orioles fans watching knew exactly what would happen in that situation.
Tonight the Rangers will try to bounce back from their embarrassing loss with...Derek Holland? Verses Edwin Jackson? Don't pitchers start on three days rest any more in the world series? What on earth?

I didn't question Washington leaving him in...
I questioned bringing him in the first place. But I guess that is the benefit of experience.

Given what we know. But to leave him in against the best righty in baseball was insane. When Pujols was on deck I said to my bf, “they’re not gonna leave him in to face Pujols, are they? Are they crazy?” then they did, then BOOM.

I just meant the second I saw he was coming in
I knew the game was over because someone was going to hit a homer. The fact that he left him in against Pujols was just the icing on the cake.

I do not disagree. The last She & Him album was very good.
And New Girl actually isn’t a bad show.

I love Mike Napoli.
I end up picking him up off of free agency in fantasy every year. I get the feeling I’ll actually have to draft him if I want him next year.

Why will they turn on AA?
I think he’s done a fine job so far. Trading away Napoli seems to be the only glaring mistake (and maybe he just did that to help the Rangers laugh at Mike Scioscia).
