Do you have Orioles box seats by home plate, too?

Ha, vikings get a 78 yard return and proceed to gain not a one yard.

And then miss from 45 out. This won’t be that close.

and i would too. outside of boldin, which of our receivers has proven talent? lee evans is out, torrey smith and dickson haven’t done it for more than a game or two, the O-line has 2 guys on it that were cut by other teams…

by Luke E on Oct 30, 2011 2:35 PM EDT up reply actions

Well I disagree

I’d even say Boldin has been a disappointment. He’s not performing like a #1 receiver and hasn’t since he got here. Whether that’s on him not getting open or Flacco who knows.

We’re in much better shape than most AFC teams that are considered contenders. NE has the worst D in the league, Pitt has the worst O Line in the league.

we did not actually specify winner picks the beans, so I guess loser can shop locally for what’s in season and fresh-roasted at the time

Did I mention the ’Skins beat the Giants earlier this year, so they hold the tiebreaker?

Dude's in his second year, second offense, 5th start...

… the coach hates him for no apparent reason, John Elway has all but told him to fuck off (you know, instead of acting as a mentor), Kyle Orton has been throwing daggers at his back for a year, his receivers were mediocre before they completely gave up, the offensive line blocks like tissue paper, and they’ve so dicked over his mechanics trying to make him into what they want him to be that he’s lost 25 points off his college completion percentage.

It’s not exactly an ideal situation.

And on top of all that

no one ever thought he was a QB at the pro level (because he isn’t) and he got drafted on his golden boy reputation. So yea, those would add to the non-ideal situation.

True, but that was ridiculous.

At least the refs in the baltimore game were fair. Pitt got away with a dozen (minimum) pass interference calls not to mention what should have been a 15 yard face mask on Polamalu that they JUST gave to the NE guy on the other side of the ball. Ridiculous.

Except Polamalu never grabbed the facemask

his forearm was across it, yes, but his hand never touched it. And, please with the pass interference complaint. It’s like holding calls anymore; it could be called on nearly any play with all the rules stacked against defenders.

Cowboys were playing what is clearly a pretty good team. The Skins lost to a team that has been inconsistent all year.
I mean, Buffalo had 4 sacks all season, and today they got 9. 9!

Granted, I think the Skins are now missing 7 offensive starters from the beginning of the season, but injuries are a part of football…..
