What we can count on so far, as much as you can count on anything in MLB
What are the good things we can count on 20 games into the season?
It's looking to me like we can count on 2 good starts out of 5 in the rotation cycle, and I mean pencil it in; Guthrie and Britton. That's not trivial. We can count on Adam Jones, Nick Markakis, and Matt Wieters playing very good defense. I'm nearly ready to count on Brian Roberts giving tough at bats every at bat, and playing good defense, but I want to wait 20 more games.
Anything else you can seriously expect to be there with this team? It could be that you can soon safely say that D. Lee and Guerrero will smoke a ton of hits, but I'm just not ready to say that yet... though Lee is hitting the ball like Wade Boggs, but can you take it to the bank?

2 out of 5?
Our starters have been phenomenal this year. One or two bad starts out of 20 is great—not just for the Orioles, but for any team. Nobody has a WHIP over 1.4, Britton and Guthrie have ERAs under 3, and as a group, our starters have given up 59 runs in 23 starts.
I’m really not sure why you’re unhappy with Arrieta, Bergy, or Tillman, who have all performed well as back-of-the-rotation guys.

Indeed
Bergy, as a 5th starter, has a 4.78 ERA which is pretty darn good in the AL. Would you prefer a lower one? Of course, but not many staffs can afford a 5th starter who sits around a 4.00 ERA.
Arrietta’s been stuck with some bad luck, which is why he has a 5.01 ERA. His FIP is 4.24, which is really good.
Tillman, too, has had bad luck and poor defense behind him, as his FIP is 3.72. Which is great! Of course, his HR/FB rate is probably not going to stick at 5%, but even if it jumps up, he’s still gonna be a good pitcher.
he had that one GOD AWFUL start against Texas, but come on, that was freakin Texas.
