MLBTradeRumors with the scoop that the Orioles have claimed left handed pitcher Jo-Jo Reyes off waivers from the Toronto Blue Jays. Reyes has a career 6.04 ERA and 5.26 FIP in 304 innings between Toronto and Atlanta. The O's have also released Justin Duchscherer and transferred Luke Scott to the 60 day DL.
