Annnnnnd, we've arrived at our final destination: the World Series. Verlander vs. Zito face off in Game 1; at first blush as one-sided a matchup as you'll come across. But seemingly overmatched pitchers have weaved some magic throughout the course of these playoffs, including Zito himself, facing elimination just 5 days prior. So....who knows? I'll say Tigers in 6. Though that has about as much chance of being an accurate forecast as any other randomly selected number. Except maybe Tigers in 13, cause that would be silly to play at least 13 games in the World Series. Damn, I wish the O's were still playing....c'est la vie. Onward, ho! To the links!
