The Orioles took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the 3rd inning on a two-run single by Chris Davis.

Andy Pettitte was cruising until the third inning, with Robert Andino getting the first Orioles hit with two outs. They would eventually score two runs in the inning, giving them a 2-1.

The Yankees run scored on a wild play at the plate with Ichiro Suzuki dodging two attempts by Matt Wieters to tag him, and getting a hand in safely.

Wei-Yin Chen escaped a bases loaded jam with one out in the top of the 4th inning.
