He will undoubtedly be used appropriately and torture the 2012 Orioles

If you were the next lefty batter he pitched against in the major leagues,
you would be #137.
I dare you to challenge Al Yellon.
You have been banned from Bleed Cubbie Blue.
I see a long moderation log here for you. You've worn out your welcome in just about the entire AL East, including your own home team! Congratulations, you've started on the NL Central. Goodbye.

And the previous 136 have a blistering OPS of .472!
And then in his minor league career he’s thrown 120 innings against left handed hitters, giving up only 72 hits and 53 BB while striking out 156 with an average FIP of 2.45 and xFIP of 2.72. That’s a WHIP of 1.04, only 17 xbh, and a k/9 of 11.9, and a k/bb of 2.94. He is absolutely dominant against left handed hitters and always has been. The reason he sucked with the O’s and that you think he sucks in general is because the O’s were too stupid to use him correctly and you haven’t looked carefully enough at the incredibly obvious statistical evidence to realize it.
On a team with starters that can actually pitch deep into the game regularly
Rapada is a great weapon to have. The Orioles couldn’t afford a pitcher like that because they have to give so many innings to the bullpen.
And they certainly can't afford it
when they use him incorrectly, but I was actually going to add a comment about how they weren’t really in a position to use him correctly.
Markakis will go 0 - ? against Rapada this year
Over/under:
0-2.5
If you look at those UZR ratings or whatever
Is this until his first hit off of him?
Please come back Koji, we miss you.

Too Much Talent
When you have all the talent the O’s have it’s hard to find spots for them all, so it only makes sense that other clubs, after witnessing firsthand the uncut awesomeness that was our bullpen, would immediately pick up our leftovers…. ah I’ve just reached my sarcasm quota for the month of feb. and now half of march.
The Yankees are probably smart enough to left him face lefties only.
Kevin Gregg-"You obviously haven't acquired my taste for pitching yet"
No sarcasm
That is fantastic usage of the word “left.”
