Norris's last start for the O's wasn't great, but I'm going to blame it on the fact that he had to come in to pitch in relief in Arizona because Jim Johnson blew the save. It's always easiest to blame Jim Johnson. Other than that he's been pretty respectable since coming to the O's, so let's hope it stays that way.
The Athletics have a decent offense this season, which always surprises me. They're averaging 4.39 runs per game and are better (but not extraordinarily) on the road. On the road their pitchers hold batters to a line of .247/.300/.395, which is pretty good.
Still, the O's can take them. They won 3 out of 4 in their last series, and that was on the road.
Let's go O's!
