According to Sportslogos.net, the new caps have the American League logo embossed on the side opposite the Florida patch.

The jerseys are basically Baltimore's orange alternates, and a lot of teams are using their alternate jersey as their spring training uniform. These jerseys have sublimated graphics that feature "general Florida and Arizona imagery along withe 2016 Spring Training logo." Cactus and palm trees, that sort of thing.
