Quick Poll, now....
How many days until Roddy hates on the Orioles in the press?

I'm saying before the weekend is out. Monday at the latest.

Now that he's not MY problem anymore -
Those pictures have become fucking hilarious, as opposed to infuriating.

Great pics!
They tell it like it is. I sure am not going to miss his pacing around the mound accompanied with his self destructive ways. Sorry about your bad luck Colorado!

Pics
Rowdy Roddy looks scary as hell in the 4th one from the top.  Given that he and Leo didn't get along, he's probably mumbling, "I like to eat little children," while Leo is rambling away about putting the ball low and away.

re:
Yeah, that's always been one of my favorites. Given that he didn't work well with Mazzone apparently and that he preferred Javy catching him, the thing that I imagined him saying was, "Jesus Christ, will you two get away from me?"

Any Trade Good Here
The guys we are getting don't look like any great shakes, but what the heck -- they are both young and if one of them pans out even ok, it will ge a great deal. All we're giving up is a guy the team and the fans are completely done with and really there's absolutely no role for him here, especially with all the changes.  I loved the rationale from the Rockies -- how he's a guy who can pitch a lot of innings.  Who cares about that if he's pitching them bad!  It sounds like some of the drivel we've heard over the years from our front office -- good clubhouse guy, that sort or thing.

Too bad about Lopez, really -- he looked so good (at least from this distance) when he first came up.  But he just kept getting worse and worse.  By now, I think about the only trade the fans wouln't get behind would've been Lopez for Ponson!
